About Us

Fletcher Park Inn is a 55+ independent living retirement community in the mountains of Western North Carolina, operated by Fletcher Academy, Inc., a Seventh-day Adventist institution with a century of history in the Fletcher and Hendersonville area.

Our mission is simple: provide a peaceful, secure, and genuinely warm home where older adults can live independently, nurture their faith, stay active, and enjoy real community. Residents come from many backgrounds and denominations; all are welcomed, and all are family within the week.

The Inn shares a 600-acre wooded campus with Fletcher Academy and Captain Gilmer Christian School, which gives daily life here a rare multigenerational texture — students wave on the walking paths, and residents cheer at the gymnasium. The Lelia Patterson Center, our fitness and aquatics facility, anchors an active lifestyle with a pool, jacuzzi, fitness floor, and pickleball.
